For our christmas the location was great and beautiful, adjacent to the restaurant in the evening, and Newmarket town centre. Also, the venue was 10 minutes' walk to Palace House Museum.

all great, everything you need for the christmas. pleasant personnel is from cleaners through to management. it has great and lovely location in beautiful grounds, in a local area. plus, it is set 2 miles from a b racings.

Very nice staff. Nice room with a nice view to the back - lots of horse stables - nevertheless quiet. Very good food in the restaurant and also at breakfast. Enough parking spaces in front of the house. Only a short walk to the village.

Rooms and public spaces were excellent. Most service was excellent and staff were warm and friendly.
The food in the restaurant was pretentious and average and, as a consequence was overpriced. The bar food was appalling. It is difficult to understand why this should be since the hotel went to great lengths to ensure that what it provided was high quality (eg. Molton Brown products in the bathroom and interesting tea bags and biscuits).

We were only able to stay for one night. We found the hotel to be in a good location, relatively near the town and yet with beautiful grounds and amenities. The breakfast was excellent and service extremely good.

Having a safe, central heating, and an iron was very convenient. - Its location in beautiful grounds was quiet. - It was very close to the racecourse, and all restaurants, bars, gyms, and clubs. - We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the place.

Superb location on edge of Newmarket town. Easily walkable to town. 5 minutes at the most. Excellent for watching horses work on the gallops.Luxurious feel and ambience
